  • How is this different from just using Zapier ourselves?

    Zapier is great for simple, linear flows. We come in when you need conditional logic, error handling, complex data shaping, AI in the loop, or workflows that touch systems Zapier doesn't speak well. We also version-control everything and add observability.

  • Do you build on n8n, Make, Zapier — or custom?

    All of the above. We pick the right tool per workflow. n8n is our default for self-hosted, observable automations. Make and Zapier when you already use them. Custom (TypeScript/Python services) when reliability or scale demands it.

  • What if our use case is more complex than these examples?

    That's our favorite zone. The examples on this page are starting points — most engagements involve at least one workflow that needs a custom integration or an AI agent in the loop.

  • How do you handle errors and edge cases?
