Pinecone Co was on a 7-year-old Magento installation that broke after every browser update. Performance and editor UX were both terrible. They wanted a clean Shopify Plus migration that preserved all SEO equity.
Solution
How we built it.
A staged migration: catalog import + 22-SKU rebuild on Shopify Plus, custom theme with brand-led design, 301-redirect mapping for every URL, and a coordinated Search Console handover.
