Challenge
What we were solving.
MGOA Global ran 14 clinic locations with patient intake handled manually — paper forms, phone calls, fax for insurance verification. Average intake took 35 minutes per patient and front-desk staff spent more time chasing paperwork than greeting patients.
The clinical team wanted intake under 8 minutes without compromising data quality, HIPAA compliance, or insurance verification accuracy.
Solution
How we built it.
We built a multi-channel intake automation: SMS-driven pre-arrival forms, AI-assisted insurance verification via payer APIs, and a doctor-friendly summary card generated from intake data and prior history.
The system runs on n8n + Claude for the AI layer, with a custom dashboard for staff. Every step is logged for HIPAA audit and integrates with the existing EHR via HL7.
