What we were solving.
Meridian operated 4 specialty clinics under separate brands and disjoint patient experiences. They wanted a unified Meridian master brand and one patient portal serving all four — without disruption to existing operations.
Solution
How we built it.
A unified identity system with sub-brand variants per specialty, plus a custom patient portal in Laravel that surfaces records across clinics. WCAG-AA compliance was non-negotiable.
