What we were solving.
Dharani had 30+ sales agents running real estate sales across 4 cities, each with their own spreadsheet, follow-up cadence, and definition of "qualified". Pipeline visibility for management was essentially impossible.
They wanted unified pipeline reporting, AI-driven lead scoring against their ICP, and AI-drafted follow-ups so agents could focus on conversations, not admin.
Solution
How we built it.
We built a custom Laravel + React CRM tuned to their sales process. Leads are auto-enriched, scored against historical conversion data, and routed to the agent best matched on territory + capacity.
A built-in agent assistant drafts follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages tuned to the lead's expressed budget, project stage, and preferred channel. Every conversation is logged and surfaced in the manager dashboard.
